#412 is a newly fully renovated, light, bright corner, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and is waiting for your family vacation! This retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities the John's Pass Area of Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful crystal sand beaches, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never want to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind beach front escape! As with every SunHost property, linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This unit does offer a washer and dryer and free WiFi.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home which offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Across the street from this unit is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
