The Space:

Sunlight filters through soft coastal curtains as you step onto the screened‑in tiki patio, where a gentle breeze carries the scent of nearby salt‑kissed breezes. The pool glistens invitingly, promising a cool dip after a day of exploring Clearwater’s beaches. Inside, tropical ocean‑inspired décor creates a relaxed rhythm that feels like a permanent vacation.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. A queen bed rests in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room offers comfy seating and a Smart TV paired with high‑speed Wi‑Fi, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. An open‑concept dining space flows naturally from the living area, giving you room to share meals or plan the next outing.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners. The adjacent dining area opens onto the tiki patio, so you can enjoy meals al fresco under the Florida sky.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and screened‑in tiki patio with outdoor dining space, designed for year‑round enjoyment in Largo’s warm climate. Beyond the patio, a fully fenced backyard offers lounge seating and a fire pit, ideal for relaxed evenings under the stars. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head straight to the nearby shoreline.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades ensure comfort for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included. A private entrance, free parking for up to four vehicles, and additional street parking add convenience. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock offers flexible arrivals, and the home is pet‑friendly.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home is a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Largo. Clearwater and Sand Key beaches are within easy reach, as are local attractions that let you balance peaceful downtime with vibrant exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
