The "office" side of the unit is a fully functioning executive space with large granite desk, super high-speed internet, and tons of space for your home office. The "villa" side of the unit is set up as an efficiency unit for water lovers and includes a private dock, waterfront patio, fully furnished and newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
