Overall the unit was nice, clean, and in good shape. Appliances were old but functional. Kitchen storage was limited for a longer stays. The furniture was nice. A slightly limited, about 90 degrees, but still good, ocean view. Disappointed that the pool was still not open due to hurricane Milton damage in 2024. We were not told that until close to check-in. Only one parking space made available to us was disappointing.

Great location, will be even better once repairs are completed!

Loved the condo and the location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool repair was supposed to be completed by the time of our stay but it is delayed. We learned about this less than two weeks prior to our arrival. Will be much nicer when the pool and outdoor patio/showers are back in working order (totally understandable because of the recent hurricanes). The master bedroom mattress could be replaced, as my husband felt that it has a worn out area primarily on one side. The couches are comfortable but somewhat weathered with the vinyl sort of peel-y. Otherwise we had a nice stay and would definitely consider staying again.

It's the location I wanted. Walk out the door onto the beach. The pool is still out after the hurricane but the condo assn is working on it and many other improvements every day.

Nice condo. Building and pool are well maintained/ very clean. Messaged management that I needed a kitchen item and it was there the next morning. Felt very safe in the building. Many restaurants and beach store within walking distance.

Great location, view, spacious room

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle. Had majority of kitchen necessities we needed. Only things missing that we needed were potato masher and/or beaters for the hand mixer. King bed mattress sagging in middle somewhat. Otherwise perfect especially in comparison to other surrounding properties we visited where friends were staying. The rental had plenty of space for the four of us. Loved there were 2 bathrooms in our rental. A definite plus 😁. Balcony wonderful for the view and enjoying the sound of the surf. Also liked there were eating places within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Nice Beachfront Condo for Small Family

This condo was perfect for 4 of us, with our 2 teenagers. Being beachfront was nice to sit on balcony and view ocean (and sometimes dolphins swimming by). The location was good in Reddington Beach, as we were able to drive quickly to other beach towns between Clearwater & St Pete. The only recommendation would be to add end-tables to Living Room, as we had to hold our drinks while sitting on couch.

Clean and Quiet unit 101

Overall, this is a nice place to stay! Somebody was there everyday to clean up the grounds,mow the yard and keep the pool clean. The staff at the rental agency was very responsive. The master bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced because it only worked on high speed. Remember this place has only one parking space per condo. If you have another car or visitor they will need to find street parking. I found a empty spot down the street, 10min. Walk back to the condo. Visitors need to get there in earlier morning time to ensure a place to park.

Beautiful views

Property is right on the beach, with beautiful views, the microwave and counters had crumbs on them and were not cleaned. Everything else was clean and nice. It would be helpful to have something that tells you about the TV channels. Other than that perfect and would definitely go back.

Great view - which is why we chose the property. The kitchen and bathrooms had been remodeled so they were nice. The furniture needs updating it is pretty worn. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. It was worn and not very clean - not even vacuumed well. We had to cut our trip 5 short because of Hurricane Ian - not the fault of the property, just would have liked to stay for the full amount of time! It is a great area.

Beach Getaway

The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there! Our only complaint was that we wish there would have been more towels (especially washcloths) in the condo. It would have also been nice to have beach towels available for use at the pool and beach.

Good to know before you waste your money

Do not book!The door to the condo is busted. Keys will not unlock it even when a technician comes out and gives you a new set of keys with an attitude it STILL DOESNT WORK. Key note: she didn’t actually tell us when she was there and did not open the door in front of us, she called after the fact. But she will let you know that the door is hard to get into and you just have to “work with it”. Well after “working with it” you will still be locked out, so based on a past review that resort rentals responded to, we discovered you can climb up the balcony and get through the balcony door that NEVER locks because it is busted. And to confirm that is very accurate. I’m short and even I made it up there so if you want to risk you’re belongings being stolen or your safety, it will most likely happen after people see how easy it is to get in. So we had to climb up the balcony to get in, once inside we discovered the condo was absolutely disgusting. In the living room/kitchen area we found live/dead bugs, sand/hair all over the floor (also black feet after only being in the condo for 30 mins), dishes in the dishwasher *not cleaned. Now pay attention to this, it’s a kicker; In the master bedroom; under the bed-a hair tie, back of the tv remote, food wrappers, and a USED CONDOM. Behind the bed dead bugs and an empty chip bag. IN THE BED, sand and hair. In the master bath, floors dirty, number hair tools that is either a past guests or just free for all to use. Also no need for ventilation the broken glass in window provides that along with the loud lovely sounds of traffic and people. Guest room and bathroom also in disgusting shape and not cleaned. So you may ask, “why didn’t we contact the resort rentals” WE DID. Multiple times for days on end. They were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I, with obvious reasons, wanted a refund as we did not stay the night there and had to book a hotel. Their management’s comments were that the cleaning crew are not “robots” and we’d get refunded only on a cleaning fee ($100 something).I guess to sweep, mop, disinfect, clean and put dishes away, change bedding/look under the bed, amongst other things are not common sense. Also a day later, after having to contact them after multiple calls and messages the night before about our concerns, advised they could send maintenance out to fix issues that were already reported to them in a review THEY RESPONDED TO BUT NEGLECTED.They never offered another condo or our money.Attorney contacted

This unit was OLD-stains on walls-keys that didn’t function-very noisy scary blanketed elevator-broken tp holder in master bath as well as no hot water setting for shower (all week they were lukewarm at best-no pot holders in kitchen-not enough towels and no dish clothes-guest bedroom had ripped moldy pillow and sliding door out to balcony was a joke as well as malfunctioning vertical blinds -did not appear as advertised and for price we got screwed

Unit could use some repairs. Master shower did not have hot water, toilet in other bathroom was plugged, window in bathroom was broken. Also one set of keys to the unit did not work. Luckily unit was on first level and patio door was not locked. While we did get a visit from maintenance almost 24 hours after notification of issues, repairs were not made while we were there. Also note, there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There are coin operated washers and dryer in the facility. Location and beach were terrific though.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness, the carpet in master was filthy, I brought a pair of cream slippers, and they were filthy by the end of stay, you can see that the carpet is dirty with stains on it. The king bed needs replaced, you literally had to roll out of the bed because it dips to the middle. The wall in the corner of bedroom has dust balls hanging. Master bath had a rug that had not been washed, filthy. Kitchen was not stocked very well, no sharp knives. skillets bad. I did call management about bathroom rug , no one came to get it. The furnace fan ran cold air most of the time, they ended up replacing motor, Air and heat is something that is usually checked in between guest stays. The dust balls were hanging from the fins on the furnace door, WOW, you mean you can't see this. Would not stay in this condo again, the building was very nice, pool was clean, I don't live like this at Home, Should have requested another condo as many were empty. An I am not a clean freak.

Property beds

The property was over all a very nice place. The biggest problems were the beds. They really need to be replaced because the sagged in the middle. Not the best night sleep. I was told that all problems from past reviews had been taken care of but the beds were not!! Property manager helped with some other things.

Amazing!

Our stay was great. The condo is in a great location. Beach and pool access were super easy to get to. Sunset views from the beach are amazing, however, we stayed in June and could not see the sunset from the balcony. We had a great ocean view balcony, though. There are lots of restaurants around and the area/condo is kid friendly.
