Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect vacation get away. This newly (2023) updated condo has beautiful solid flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stack washer and dryer, no need to overpack. The living room is on the Gulf side with a sliding glass door to the private balcony where you can relax to the sound of the surf and witness nature's nightly show of spectacular sunsets. The living room provides comfy seating and ROKU TV with cable and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to provide you all the comforts of home, just right for making a memorable meal or packing a picnic lunch. The master bedroom has a King size bed and is Gulf front with a sliding door to the balcony. There is a King size bed and ROKU TV with cable as well as an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a nicely tiled step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and ROKU TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and a ROKU Smart TV. The community offers a beachside Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and gas grills for your use. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. NO Smoking in condo or balcony, No Pets. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
