This was a really great place to stay for our two week training session in Clearwater. Much closer to our location than a hotel and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely do this again.

Great house with a great yard.

We rented this house to be able to take our Boston terrier with us. He loved the yard and chafing the squirrels. The house was in a great location. We were able to ride our bikes down to Dunedin pretty easily. We really enjoyed the house and the back porch.

Comfortable home in a nice residential area

This is a cute 3 bedroom home in a nice area that is close to shopping, golf, beaches and Dunedin. There is ample space for everyone and the kitchen had all the cooking amenities needed. The outdoor space was well used by us as the chairs were comfy and the gazebo provided much needed shade. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were excellent. Richard was a super reliable host who responded immediately when we had a minor appliance glitch and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I recommend this home for a comfortable retreat.

Nice location. Many things need repair. No place to put luggage, no end tables, except one. Bad sheets. Wonderful yard, nice patio. Owner was nice.

Moving Stay!

We enjoyed the location and the ease of getting to the home. A few things concerned us: Bathroom tiles cracked in in primary suite. Workstation computer keyboard did not work. Outdoor screened in area for sitting was wonderful nice to sit there during the evenings Had to clean up other previous guests pets waste. Compared to some Of the VRBOs,We have stayed at, This one seem to not have as many amenities that we would've expected (For example, no extra paper towels, laundry soap, spices for the kitchen). Generally, overall, it was an all right stay. Thank you to the host for opening up your home to us. I would Recommend for families who want to stay at the beach have plenty of space and enjoy the Clearwater area.
