Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku with cable channels over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffe maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Avalon stay is the best

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.
