Imagine waking up two blocks from one of Florida's most beautiful beaches, spending lazy afternoons by the pool watching dolphins cruise the Intracoastal Waterway, and ending every evening with the sky turning pink and gold over the water. That is what a stay at Funshine Pointe Capri feels like.
This bright, beautifully renovated one-bedroom condo in Treasure Island has everything you need for an easy, relaxed Florida getaway — and a host who genuinely loves helping guests make the most of this area.
THE SPACE:
The primary bedroom features a restful king-size bed that guests consistently rave about — expect a genuinely great night's sleep. The living area includes a high-quality Murphy bed that folds away during the day, giving you the flexibility of a spacious living room and sleeping space for up to four guests. No awkward sofa beds here — this is a proper bed that actually sleeps comfortably.
The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook in when you want to, and the fast WiFi and Smart TV mean you can unwind exactly how you like. The condo is quiet, clean, and thoughtfully stocked — guests frequently mention the cleanliness in their reviews.
THE POOL AND INTRACOASTAL:
Step outside and you are at one of the best-kept secrets in Treasure Island — a pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway where dolphins and manatees regularly make an appearance. There is nothing quite like an evening swim while watching the sky turn pink and gold over the water. The pool is heated November through April (approximately 84 degrees F), managed by the condo association.
THE LOCATION:
Just two blocks to Treasure Island's famous white sand Gulf beaches — wide, uncrowded, and absolutely stunning. Skimboards and beach gear are included so you can head straight to the sand without hauling anything from home. The Treasure Island Beach Trail is steps away for biking, walking, and rollerblading along the Gulf.
Just over the bridge, Rosselli Park is a short walk away — featuring brand new pickleball courts, a playground, and shady green space. Restaurants, beach bars, and local favorites are all within easy reach — and as 20-year Tampa Bay locals, we have strong opinions about all of them.
