Directly across from Sunset Beach — one of Florida's most beloved hidden beaches — with free private parking that most visitors can only dream of. Step out your door, cross a quiet street, and you're barefoot in the Gulf in under five minutes. End every evening on the balcony watching the sky turn pink and gold over the water.
Funshine Sunset Beach has a personality all its own — charming, cozy, and filled with original art from local Tampa Bay artists that makes it feel genuinely special. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft coastal touches that guests consistently love. The living space includes a memory-foam Murphy bed that folds away during the day, keeping the layout open and airy. The fully stocked kitchen makes quiet dinners in easy, and beach chairs, cooler, and towels are all included so you can head straight to the sand.
Here is what makes Sunset Beach genuinely special: there is very limited public parking here. The locals love it because it stays beautifully uncrowded — and staying at Funshine Sunset Beach means you have free private parking and effortless access to one of Florida's best-kept secrets. Forget your sunscreen? No problem — you are close enough to run back and grab it.
The building has a wonderfully warm, social atmosphere — neighbors gather on the shared balcony walkway in the evenings to watch the sunset together and chat. It is the kind of community feel you do not expect from a vacation rental and cannot help but love. Caddy's and Ka'Tiki are just a short walk away for beachside drinks and bites.
