Brand new studio with mini fridge for short term stays. Laundry in unit. Beautiful diming lights blue tooth bathroom speakers all the bells in a smaller space. Quiet neighborhood that is family friendly but close to all the action. Studio is attached is main house with separate keyless entry and new marble bathroom with designer upgrades. This is not shared space the back is large parking area with astro turf putting green and zen lounge area.
