Bedrooms:

Master Suite: The King bed calls you to unwind. Your en-suite bathroom has a stand-up shower, and three spacious closets mean you can unpack and stay awhile. A window frames serene water views.

Second Bedroom: Two inviting Queen beds provide restful sleep. A private bathroom and walk-in closet complete this cozy haven.

Third Bedroom: Offering a Queen bed and easy access to a bathroom with a shower, this room is your cozy escape.

Fourth Bedroom: Ideal for lounging, it features a day bed and a queen bunk bed—a playful sleep and chill spot.

Settle into the plush, expansive sofa large enough for everyone. Natural light pours in from the surrounding windows, illuminating the room in a welcoming glow.

Entertainment:

Never hear the word "bored" again! Your options include an array of board games, a pool table, a poker table, a giant Connect 4, an Xbox setup with two controllers, Oculus VR, and a popcorn machine for the full movie experience.

Our driveway holds up to 5 cars. Street parking isn’t advised, as we respect our neighbor’s peace.

We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

During your stay with us. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

We can accommodate up to 14 guests, but if you have more in your party, just ask us! We are able to accept 2 more guests. We allow 2 dogs per stay for a small fee!

If you're looking to enjoy our heated pool, keep in mind, it's available from mid-October to the end of May for an extra fee. While the pool won't get as hot as a hot tub, it can warm up to a comfy 85°F. Just give us a heads-up a day in advance, it takes a full day for the pool to heat up. Please note, the heater's performance may vary due to weather conditions.

The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.

Beaches: Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Belleair Shore, are 5-minutes away. Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island and Clearwater Beach are just 15-minutes away, Honey Moon Island is about 30-minute drive away, you can also take the Caladesi Island Ferry, which is also a 30-minute drive from the house.

Airports: Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.

Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 25-minute drive from the house.

Shopping: Publix Super Market, Walgreens, Speedway Gas station, Panera Bread are just 3 minutes away.
