The apartment itself was very clean, the check-in process was easy, and communication through VRBO was timely and professional.However, the parking situation was completely unacceptable and misleading. The listing specifically advertised one parking spot behind the unit, which was a major factor in booking this property. In reality, there was no dedicated parking available for the apartment. After leaving briefly the following morning, I returned to find absolutely no parking behind the building, on the street, or within several surrounding blocks. Because this is a beach area, parking is extremely limited and highly competitive.When I contacted customer service, I was essentially told to continue driving around and wait until something became available off-site or farther down the road. That is not an acceptable solution and is not what I paid for. A property should not advertise included parking if parking cannot actually be guaranteed for guests staying there.As a result, I was unable to stay for my second night and had to make other arrangements. Had I known there was no reliable parking, I would not have booked this property.If you intend to arrive, park once, and never move your vehicle during your stay, the apartment may work for you. Otherwise, I would strongly caution future guests about the inaccurate parking advertisement. I would not stay at this property again.
