A very enjoyable stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and a great location for spring training and the beach. Allan provided everything we needed, and the pool was an added bonus.

The house was gorgeous on the inside and the yard is maximize to take advantage of the cul-d-sac angle of the yard. My family was comfortable during our stay and found the location to be accessible to various events and destinations while making us feel like were coming home each day.

Perfect Family Stay

Loved the 4 bedrooms. Great place for 2 or 3 families depending on # of kids. Room with bunk beds had 2 sets, sleeping 5 people total and plenty of room to add crib or playpen. Beach towels in linen closet with other linens. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and flotation devices onsite. Maybe a wagon too? Bathroom also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I was not expecting that, so that was nice. Beds and furniture comfortable. Washer and dryer TV in room with bathroom attached and tv in living room. They had hangars and the things youv put your suitcase on. I definitely felt like they tried to think of everything we would need and had them onsite. I'd totally stay here again when we come back. Right on edge of Dunedin. CVS, Publix, and Dunkin within 5 minutes. Mall about 10 minutes. Great location.

Nice stay for good price

Good location that is within a short drive to many attractions. Allan was very responsive to all of our communications. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with comfortable amenities.
