We stayed at the condo/apartment of hotel. It was very very comfortable and everything in the room (full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, ac, hot water) were all working quite well. We were group of 4 and rooms amd beds were very well arranged and had very nice confortable space. There was balcony too. I was so happy that there is very well working washing machine which was one of the best thing in the room! Refridgerstor was a full size working nicely and stove, microwave were all working too. Because of this, we ended up saving money because we dont have to eat out too much. I would happily definitely come back to this hotel.

Slow but good

There’s no front desk so you have to wait until they provide your room number and access code. I had to reach out after check in because I never received anything. Aside from the communication on that part the stay was great. Kind of loud in the room because of the elevators but other than that it was close to everything and super convenient

HOLY NOISE!!!!

A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was abruptly awakened in the middle of the night by the fire alarm while sleeping with my service dog. Believing there was a genuine emergency, I almost called 911!! Instead, I contacted the help desk and was informed it was a false alarm caused by a faulty system. The representative explained that no maintenance staff were on-site but offered to move me to another room for the night, assuring me it would be fixed “in the morning.” I decided to sleep in a different room expecting the issue to be addressed in the morning. Unfortunately, “morning” turned out to be 10:30 a.m.—well into my workday. The alarm’s volume made staying in the room unbearable, forcing me to relocate. Packing and moving my personal and business belongings took 45 minutes, disrupting my work schedule.

Our AC was on 69, but it was humid and warmer in the room; we were unable to change it. I called the main # and maintenance came in 10 minutes and reset it. We didn't have anymore problems.

The condo was clean and spacious. We really liked the location- you could walk to so many places. The condo had a few wear and tear items and things that needed to be repaired but overall, it was a very nice place. However, when we first walked in, there was an overwhelming fishy smell that we traced back to the master bathroom. It appears it was coming from the shower drain. We flushed it with lots of hot water and soap and even went and bought a bottle of Febreze to spray around, which made it tolerable, but was still there the entire stay.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again for the rest of the trip. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

This is our second year staying here and we love it. I have been disappointed both times with the tvs. They never work. Also a this time the internet was down for a long time. The location and accommodation for our big family does way out the cons.
