Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

The view and beach were lovely. We did have to periodically close the sliding glass doors to the balcony and move inside due to other units smoking cigarettes on their balcony which was unfortunate. The condominium was nice.

Prior to our stay the host sent several emails imparting information to maximize an enjoyable visit. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including beach supplies, washer/dryer and a high chair. The beach was great and we were only steps away, so we could easily come and go throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again.
