Duplex apartment

The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom besides everything to take to the beach which was only about a block away too. My spouse and I will go and stay again as the owners were great if anything broke down and all so if anyone wants a place please check the cottage out it is roomy and perfect.

Great location with all the beach necessities

Cute place very close to the beach. We went for walks often and back for sunsets in the evening. Love the little details like the welcome sign and night light in the bathroom (key!) The kitchen was amply equipped with everything you would need to cook during your stay. My husband and I prefer a little bit of a softer bed so think that a memory foam topper would have been a perfect addition to the bed. Host was a very responsive communicator (Thank you Ahmed!). Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location!

We stayed here for spring break and the location is perfect. Two blocks to a beautiful beach and luckily no red tide. The neighborhood is quiet with many eateries and shops to walk to. They provide bikes and we took a lovely long ride one day. The duplex is nice, clean and well organized with everything you might need for going to the beach and spending a week there. The only recommendation I have is to add another sitting option to the living room. There is only a smallish couch for lounging. Also the pull out couch isn’t comfortable so probably would only want to plan to use it for a night or two. Overall highly recommend!

Great trip to Indian Rocks Beach

This rental was perfect for the two of us. We didn't have a car so the location of this rental could not have been better - 2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to one of the trolley stops, and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and stores. The rental allowed us use of 2 bikes which we used a lot - my only suggestion would be to add a basket to one of the bikes to make hauling items a bit easier. The rental was clean and included those extras to make the trip to the beach comfortable - chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, etc. A perfect rental for those flying in. We can't wait to go back!!

Short beach getaway

This was a lovely place- the photos actually don’t do it justice. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of attention to detail and it was very well stocked. The owners were very nice and the checkin was extremely easy and smooth. The beaches were beautiful, although we went with our 2 pups and they were not allowed at any of the walkable beaches. We had to drive about 20 mins to get to a beach that allowed dogs. We still had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!
