This location was perfect for our annual getaway. The balcony overlooking the beach was a great way to start and end the day. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were walking distance and the condo gave us plenty of room to spread out. Dan was a fantastic host and quick to respond whenever we reached out. We look forward to coming back next year.

Clearwater Beach vacation

This property was amazing - very nicely designed and maintained. It was exactly as described in a fantastic location (north part of the beach). The deck was also extremely nice. We loved watching the sunset every night - perfect viewing. We enjoyed our vacation immensely and can't wait to go again.

The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys. There is no beach chair service at the beach so having that available was nice. We did not have to bring our own chairs and umbrella. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were sealed so no bed bugs. We always check any where we stay. The kitchen had everything you would expect in a kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was nice to wash bathing suits and towels. The beach view was great. Being on the third floor you can see right over the small dune and see the beach and water. The beach was not very crowded even though there was public beach access next to the building. Would we stay there again? YES!
