The 3,000 sq ft resort-style patio features a heated or cooled pool, fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a six-burner BBQ.
Six pool loungers, five conversation sets, and multiple umbrellas complete the pool deck.

Enjoy lake views from the front porch while observing local wildlife, including otters, birds, and turtles.
Guests are welcome to fish on a catch-and-release basis. Please remain within the property boundaries.

SPORT & FUN
Our converted three-car garage has been transformed into a game room and fitness area. The game area features foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, giant connect four, and laser tag.
The gym area is equipped with a Peloton bike, NordicTrack treadmill, workout bench, weights, and yoga mats.

Outside, a 4-hole pro golf putting green and a basketball hoop provide endless hours of fun and competition.
