Great location near beach

The beach access is great! We went over a few times a day as it’s so close. John’s Pass is also less than 10 min walk, lots of shops, restaurants. Unit was on the water side so quieter than the street. Good blackout curtains in master bedroom. It was noisy when the upstairs neighbors were walking around at night. Overall we were happy.

Great Location

This condo was located near the beach and many restaurants. We have friends on nearby Treasure Island so this was the perfect place for a weekend stay for us. The kitchen was lacking for pots and pans. I know most people go out to eat but there was not a decent size fry pan for us to even make scrambled eggs. Also the condo was very clean except some cooking items had food still on them. I think the previous guests just placed them back into the cabinets without a good wash. The biggest issue with this unit is the wifi. You could connect but the connection was consistently being dropped. I had to use cellular data in order to connect to my laptop. Overall the unit is great I did not give it 5 stars because of the Wifi issue.

Guy Trip to watch the Bucs

Came down to the Tampa Bay area to watch the Bucs play the Rams. Hotels were astronomically high in price, so we checked VRBO. Found this place, right by the beach for less than half the cost. Super clean and accurately represented in photos. Loved the location! Surrounded by good restaurants and convenient shopping. Also only 30-45 minutes from Tampa Bay Airport. They don't supply you with all your toiletries, other than a starter kit (a couple of rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels), including items for dishes and laundry. Also, the thermostat only dropped to 70°. We didn't use the pool, because the beach was just across the street- easy access! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would easily use this location again, if I return to the area.

Last minute reservation

This was a great last minute choice. I had a super cute condo with balcony and there was friendly onsite 24 hour staff. It’s only a few blocks from John’s Pass and across the street + a few hundred feet from the gulf.

Do not stay here.

I travel a ton and have never complained or left a negative review until this. Dirty. Long black curly hair on master bed sheets, wad of same black hair found on “clean” towels in the closet. Bed sheets were super scratchy, all the bedding and furniture is super worn and stained. The extra blankets for the pull out are like something you’d see for inmates in jail. And lastly I think they have bed bugs. I woke with giant bites on my shoulder and blood on the sheets near my pillow. Also, Walls are super thin and can hear people’s whole conversations from neighboring condos. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, I wasn’t even going to complain till they charged me and extra $40 bucks for cleaning, on top of the $95 I already paid. I loaded the dishwasher and started it, took out all the trash and swept the place when we left. They noted I had left some trash (which maybe was some tags from swimsuits in the kids room?!) and sand as the reason. Read their Google reviews “travel resort services” before booking.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Great location, just across the street from the beach entrance and just a few blocks’ walk to John’s Pass. Very clean unit and common area, nice building, helpful staff. It was a great home base for lots of fun activities.
