Convenient, they are going through renovations. Bed wasn't made when the room was cleaned, a couple small holes in the sheets. Remote\TV wasn't working. Towels were thin and scratchy. Ceiling showed where previous leaks weren't fully repaired, door had gaps. The flooring and bath looked fairly new. Overall OK for the price, but not likely to return.

The floors of our room were absolutley FILTHY!!!! Swept and appeared to be clean, but not washed …. Just walking across the room in my barefoot and they were dirty!!!!!! People don’t know how to clean anymore … just very quick basic cleaning … but never thorough. With all the new viruses and diseases in the world today ALL hotel rooms should be deep cleaned after every guest!!!!! If you want a guest room you’ll have to spend a lot more money, elsewhere.

Very poor representation
The pictures on the site in no way match the room I was given. I booked a double room and was called two hours before check in and told that they had no doubles, but a King upgrade was available. Given that I was traveling, had no real options and took the room. The hotel was shabby. The outdoors were dirty. No mention of it being a Rodeway hotel in conversion. Nothing matched the description and will never stay there again.

Front desk person was overcharging me more than $60 dollars when I was registering, then I found that there were not parking space close to my assigned room, the bed was old and noisy, the curtains were smaller and short to cover the window, there were not soap holder in the shower, no hangers for clothes, the towels were stain a one was really dirty, the two desk and the only chair were horribly scratched and outdated, there was a kitchen piece of furniture that contrast with anything else in the room, and to top it all there were two doors that connected my room with the other rooms that were not properly sealed and I could hear clearly the voices of the people on the other rooms. Also early in the morning some sort of construction noise took place that didn't let me rest properly. I say that this property has never been properly inspected to offer the proper service of a clean and decent hotel in the "world famous Clearwater Beach " What a shame!!! I do not recomend this "hotel"

Staff is wonderful
The place looks alot better after fixing up. I just want to say that the staff is really awesome. Aayushi working the front desk is amazing with her job, and Henry does his best to accommodate all his guests. They are both very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys again so much for everything, 5 stars for excellent staffing and service! The staff is much friendlier than most hotels, you guys are the best!
