Located just 45 minutes from Tampa international airport and 25 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

50’ pool, outdoor hot tub, 50 ‘+ private deck, dock (for fishing or docking rental boat/ rental jet ski), outdoor gas grill, 2 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board free for your use.
At just 2 blocks from scenic Pinellas trail (http://pinellascounty.org/trailgd), you can jog, walk, bike or blade the length of Pinellas county. Air conditioned, free internet.
