This VRBO was even better than the pictures depicted!! Honestly! Clean, new, lots of towels, beach towels, nice bathroom, kitchen, bed, washer and dryer. It was everything and more. Great location! Great communication with host! I so appreciate and am thankful to Jesus we chose this VRBO!

Warm weather get away

The listing description was 100% accurate. Property was clean, comfortable, welcoming spacious, and conveniently located. The condo was beautifully decorated, newly furnished and fully equipped.Beach equipment was understated there were 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella (this is a 45.00 per day charge if rented) coolers, buckets and beach toys.Communication with the owner was easy, very responsive and accommodating.Our next trip will include this property as first choice if available.

Home away from home

The condo is great, clean, and relaxing and quiet. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. This is our "go to" condo for when we are in the area. We have stayed multiple times over the past few years. Phylis is a wonderful host and Brian is responsive/attentive to any requests. The condo has towels, chairs, etc for a day at the pool or beach. Great location - minutes away from Pass a Grille, Ft Desoto, St Pete beach, or downtown St Pete. Would highly recommend to stay and relax. (Just as long as you don't book when we plan to go!)

Very nice quick getaway. Love the area, didn't use the pool because we prefer the ocean and we were limited on time. would stay here again.

The place was great overall but we were quite bummed that the pool that was right outside of our building (a huge selling point) was under construction (as of August 5, 2023) and we were not informed in advanced. Once I contacted the property manager I was told that we could use other pools on the facility (which we did). But they were not as convenient as one in our backyard -- often leaving us driving to them because it was HOT during our stay.

Great stay

Clean property, comfortable bed, plenty to do in the area, relaxing unit, wireless phone chargers everywhere was a nice touch. Wish we stayed longer.
