Great for R&R, but would love more info up front
My husband and I stayed in this condo days after Hurricane Milton swept through the area. We had really good communication with the owner in the days leading up to the trip, and he graciously let us adjust our dates so we could still have our anniversary trip. We did not get the full Clearwater Beach and Resort experience because so many businesses were still closed from hurricane damage, but we really enjoyed the quiet beach and the sunsets. The resort staff was very friendly and had great customer service. However, since resorts typically include fees for "extras", it would be really nice to know the details of what's included and what's not when we booked it. We need to budget for extra expenses. I provided this feedback to the owner, so hopefully he has updated the listing to best help future guests not be surprised when they arrive.
