Our clean and spacious condo consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing plenty of space and privacy for you and your family. The large balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while watching the beautiful bursts of color reach across the sky and beautiful boats slowly cruise by. An additional bonus of this special view is the nature and wildlife, including dolphins, that can be spotted throughout your stay. The peaceful views overlooking the water offer a perfect start and end to each day!

The Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club property offers many fun additions for your trip to Indian Shores. You have access to a waterside heated pool and jacuzzi, a sauna to relax in, and gas grills to cook your favorite food. The property also offers many family-fun activities, including tennis, pickleball, a putting green, and shuffleboard. As a guest at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club, Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, a top Indian Shores attraction only a few steps away, offers you a discount to play. Directly across the street from the property is a lit-up crosswalk that provides you beach access to the pristine Indian Shores beach filled with soft white sand. So, from the property, all you need to do is cross the street and you are there!

The chic living room offers a comfortable area to relax, with a sleeper sofa bed (allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 guests) and a loveseat, surrounded by breathtaking views as you watch your favorite TV shows and movies on the large flat screen TV. Free high-speed WiFi internet access is also available in the unit. A set of sliding doors open to a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs, a table, and 2 chairs so you can enjoy the intracoastal view with comfort. A stained-glass chandelier hangs above the high-top wooden dining table, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar that can double as a functional work area when needed.

The peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertops, kitchen appliances and additional amenities that include a large refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sets of bakeware/cookware, mixing bowls, as well as an 8-place setting of dishes and utensils. The various kitchen cabinets offer plenty of space to store the food and drinks you plan on enjoying during your vacation. From the beautiful countertops and wood cabinets to new appliances, this kitchen is a functional space that allows you to cook while enjoying the stunning views.

Our home offers a soothing master suite with a comfortable king-sized bed, a walk-in closet with organizational shelving, a TV, and a set of sliding doors that open to views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This sleek room also offers a large dresser and two bedside tables to store your belongings. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a bath and shower combination. The master suite allows you to have a great night of rest and relaxation to prepare you for your next wonderful day of vacation!

The guest bedroom consists of two beds; a queen size bed and a twin-size bed with shelving, which means this cozy bedroom can accommodate up to 3 guests. Mirrored sliding doors open into a large lighted closet. Adjacent is a bathroom with a unique waterfall tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom windows offer a pleasant Gulf view for you to wake up to!

Kitchen had everything needed to cook at home -nauchmans seafood market made this especially good!! Pool and hot tub were excellent temperature go the cooler evenings. Elevator was a little scary (due to construction) but the stairs offered great exercise to all the terrific ice cream! Beach essentials were available and wonderful.

We loved our stay over Christmas break! Wonderful Bay views off of the back porch, tremendous sunsets over the Gulf, just outside the front door! The unit has everything you need and is very comfortable! The complex has a new pool, hot tub, & pool deck with a cabana bar and gas grills, overlooking the bay. The location is walking distance to one of our all-time favorite restaurants, Salt Rock Grill. Right on THE QUIETEST part of Gulf Blvd. Can't wait to go back next year!

We had the best 10 days at our favorite beach while staying at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and quiet. The balcony is perfect for sitting and reading a good book or watching the managers swim below! Highly recommend!

Very nice condo that was clearly recently renovated. It was very clean, had all the amenities you would want including a wonderful community pool & hot tub, convenient assigned parking, and quiet. From the back balcony, there was a very nice view of the intracoastal and from the front balcony, you can see the gulf. Charline was also a very informative and responsive host! I will definitely come back and stay at this home!

Nice view. Clean. Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Close walk to the beach, mini putt, and Indian Shores coffee shop (great spot). All amenities for the beach, tennis/pickleball, and kitchen. Parking was convenient. Carts are available for grocery and luggage up the elevator. It was windy for a couple of nights, which made it a bit noisy with the old sliding doors. The condo faces north so we didn’t see the sunrise this time of year. The foam on the beds are quite thick, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, our stay was good and our family enjoyed our time in Indian Shores.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location. It's on Gulf Boulevard but set back enough from the road so you don't hear any of the traffic, and very quiet sleeping at night. The beach access is almost directly across the street, and it was great to have the wagon, chairs, toys and beach umbrella provided. Having Smugglers Cove mini golf just a few steps from the building was a bonus. I also enjoyed sitting on the back balcony and watching the boats go by on the intracoastal waterway. It's also close to the bridges that get you back over on the mainland, so many other restaurants, stores, and supermarkets are within an easy 5-10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We tremendously enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub at the property are great. The parking lot is under the building, so our car was always in the shade, which is rare in Florida. Coming back next year. It is a perfect vacation spot. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Our Host was marvelous. There was a small issue and she contacted us before we even got there. The unit was recently remodeled and we loved our stay. The Condo was quiet but lots of activities going on. We would stay at this unit again and very likely will next year for even longer.

A Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time in this lovely, updated condo with wonderful views of the Inland Waterway and quite a good view of the Gulf, also, from our veranda! The kitchen contains all the necessary accessories , the bed ( we only used the king one - no guests) was very comfortable, and we had the nicest neighbors on top of that. Might I add that the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away - this condo was absolutely perfect for us!

We so enjoyed our week at Charline's place. Everything was exactly as it was promised. A freshly remodeled apartment, with a gorgeous view and the beach a three-minute walk. It doesn't get much better. Charline was very hospitable and answered all our questions before our arrival promptly. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great vacation!

Nice and clean condo. We enjoyed the newly remodeled swimming pool and hot tub, and the newly remodeled tennis and pickleball courts. The courts are in the shade every morning and evening, so the Florida heat did not stop us from playing tennis. The owner recommended playing mini golf, which is located just a minute walk from the condo. We had a great time. The walk to the Gulf beach is three minutes, and the sunsets there are gorgeous. We are coming back to this place for our vacation next year and staying longer.

Bay Shores Bargain

Charline's place was super nice and the location is very convenient. We have stayed a Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club numerous times and appreciate the location and the amenities. The condo is newly remodeled and very clean. However, there was some building materials left out during our stay which was a little out of place and unappealing. The condo is equipped with all the beach necessities as well as kitchen appliances. However, the house was lacking basic home essentials, such as shampoo, body wash, and sugar. Our stay was for over a week and small touches like that go along way in making a place feel more homey. The condo had tennis racquets but no pickleball paddles or putters for the putting green. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again.

Weekend get-a-way

The owner was tremendous. Check in was easy and clear to understand. Great views from the living room and the master bedroom of the water. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi and swimming pool and you can see the water while being in the pool. Although we did not fish ourselves, there were kids fishing off the docks. The condo had a pair of tennis racquets, so we went out and played. We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. The unit is clean and well-kept. If you are looking for a great place to stay – give this unit a look. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay and wonderful service

We are a young couple navigating the rental industry on Florida’s west coast. We reached out to Charline for her to call us and give us some additional information about her rental and general questions about the area. She was very helpful and encouraged us to visit. It turned out to be a great choice to stay at Charline’s place. She was supportive throughout our stay with recommendations on places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed our stay and will make future visits. As for the living space and facilities, they were of excellent quality. The apartment is freshly remodeled as is the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Trolly buses make traveling up and down the coast, from St Petersburg to Clearwater, easy and affordable. We feel our first visit to the coast was quite successful and we appreciate Charline encouraging us to come stay.

Spring break family trip

We organized this trip with 6 other families for our high school seniors. Our check-in was a little bumpy as we did not receive instructions prior to our arrival. Thankfully it only took an hour to reach our host and get the instructions. Our condo was clean and the amenities on the property are great. 3 pickleball courts and 2 tennis courts, the pool is a nice size and recently upgraded and goes from 4ft-7ft. Short walk to the beach, putt putt course next door was a fun family activity. There were plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella along with 2 nice tennis racquets. I thought there could have been a few essential items that could have been stocked like salt and pepper, dish soap, paper towels. Liked it that there was a queen and twin bed in the spare room and 2 full bathrooms. We had great views of the waterway and you can see the ocean from the front door. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great visit for nature enthusiasts.

When I travel, my expectations are always hopeful yet cautious. I want things to be perfect and restore my soul somehow. My Indian Shores condo view and seaside/ mangrove- location provided opportunities to once again experience order and scenarios that encourage me to cope in this, sometimes, challenging world: Quiet mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view of the mangrove with seabirds soaring by; Pelicans, in their military line-up or on solo flights, scanning their shopping malls for snacks; and the Osprey pair roaming and patrolling their territory. Also complimenting my stay was a visit to the Seaside Seabird Rescue Sanctuary where at the very time we were visiting the ‘rescued and fixed up’ birds were being released back to the seaside. Very inspiring! It is only a 10-minute plus walk away from the condo. The best memories of my time in Indian shores are the setting sun with the fisherman and waiting heron and a pelican in flight in a perfect picture moment. Thank you, Charline, for your ability to arrange my trip at such short notice and allowing me to have the trip of a lifetime.
