Was nice, we got there couple hrs early, check in was 4pm. We seen our spot was taken, which was by house keeping, which was fine. We were early...but got text saying its ready. So get there half hour later, as did grocery shopping. Nice place,but floors were never cleaned, our socks were black by end of night, bathrooms not cleaned very well, long black hair in corners, none of us has dark hair, bed noisey every time you turned. As well as dirty dishes. Otherwise was very enjoyable.

Loved this location. Enjoyed the place. Had a few things come up but management was right there to fix. My Wish List for future stays. Wish they had darkening curtains for windows in bedroom and the second bedroom needs a tv and a lamp to read. And useable beach chairs. All small things.

Great Location on Madeira Beach

Great Location for an easy beach access and enjoying the local bars, eateries, etc.The property itself is a tad dated. Not a big deal for the most part. Also, the rental does not have beach view but this was not listed as an amenity. I'd say you can definitely enjoy your stay.

Perfect 4th of July

This was our 2nd year in St. Pete for the 4th and it was another amazing trip!! Perfect location with walking access to shops and restaurants. Beach was a little crowded on the 3rd and the 4th, but we took a little trip to Fort Desoto which is only about 30 min away and much less crowded and absolutely beautiful!! Will certainly be back!
