This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. There was so much room for the 3 of us. The living area felt very home-like, the kitchen was clean and the front balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and watch pickleball. There is a playground and ton of pickleball courts right across the street. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Plenty of restaurants nearby and down the strip. Awesome coffee shop called the Grove close by and ice cream at the IRB creamery! My husband played the guitar in the living room daily. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place just off the beach, that is clean and feels like you’re at home. The host communication was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Warm spacious, accommodations in a perfect location. Close to the beach and several bars/restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and well-equipped. Located across the street from a baseball field and pickle-ball court, providing a friendly family feel to the neighborhood. Beautiful neighborhood for morning walks. Close to clearwater and short drive to Phillys Spring training games.

Absolutely loved this place! It was spacious and only one block from Gulf Blvd and the beach. There is a park right across the street. I enjoyed sitting on the front deck and watching pickleball and baseball/softball games when I was relaxing at the place. Lots of amenities as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Very convenient and all necessary features. Toilet flushing was a little iffy. Low volume flush should come with some reminders. House was great though and checkin/out process was great. Would recommend to others.

Great location

Excellent location! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Busy time of year but IRB is way less congested than hotel zones like Clearwater. Property is very large for two bedrooms and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Would stay again!

Annual Florida Getaway

Great location, 1 block from beach. House was great , clean, everything we needed. Close to restaurants . Quiet neighborhood. Had issue with tv (operator error) sent message less then 5 min response from host. Block off main drag in Indian Rocks Beach. Had a great time. House was well stocked with everyday items u need!

Beach town comfort

This was a perfect location and stay! Comfortable home with extras available: beach towels, linens, cooking supplies, on roof patio with electric fire pit, etc… We visited Indian Beach which is blocks away, Fort de Soto north beach, and Clearwater beach. We walked to dinner-lots of great restaurants local. Beautiful lodging, comfortable, great location!
