Guest Policies & Additional Information
Included Essentials:
We provide a complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Pets:
Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs)
$150 non-refundable fee, charged manually within 2 weeks of arrival
Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine
House Rules & Fees:
Strict NO SMOKING indoors — $250 fine for violations
Items left behind may be returned for $25 handling + shipping
Extended stays (21+ days) incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, applied manually
Unapproved late check-out — $50 fine
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
Pool Use & Maintenance:
Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment or temperature controls. Damage caused by misuse may result in fines.
Pool heater is electric and can only heat up to 20°F above ambient temperature. If average temps are below 64°F, the heater may not reach desired warmth.
Pools are serviced twice weekly to maintain chemical balance. Pool staff may arrive during your stay—this is normal and necessary.
Excessive rainfall may temporarily affect pool chemistry.
