Although small, it was big enough to enjoy a quiet weekend with the wife. Unit had beach chairs, cooler, everything you need for a beach getaway.

The property has a really nice upper patio with more than enough seating for anyone who wants to watch the gulf and beautiful sunsets.
It is very quiet. The street has a noise ordnance from 10 pm to 8 am.

The condo itself was amazing! Great location, views, very clean! The only complaint I have is the communication with property manager. I sent a message about parking as the check in process said I would receive confirmation that my vehicle was registered for parking I never received it and also reached out asking about it and never got confirmation or a reply back. Thankfully we didn’t receive any tickets

Electric grills outside did not work and no instruction manual for using the convection oven inside the unit. This made it difficult to cook dinners.
