Basics

The room, hotel, and pool were great. The major annoying thing was that the room key didn’t work on the first try. It was like playing the lottery. Maybe you got in on the 2nd try or the 40th!! Many other guests confirmed the same problem. Also the TV buffered all the time and we called for the technician who said the hotel has poor internet service! Considering we were asked to pay $35 a day for amenities, you’d think that a key that works and a TV that’s reliable would be basic amenities!! This was just not acceptable!! Complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety of cooked as well as prepared foods.

We were on the tenth floor and had a lovely view of the beach. Breakfast was good. Room was decent. Close to everything. Loud street noises at night all the way up to the room, but not the end of the world. I would certainly stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel for the price and location. The rooms were standard rooms. The parking was free, and it’s a quick walk to everything. The rooftop bars have amazing views and free shots at 7:30pm. My only complaint was the free breakfast in the morning was really minimal. No eggs, mostly bagels, cereal, toast and yogurt, but comparatively speaking, breakfast and parking were not included at the other hotels, which were also twice the price. We will stay again for sure!

Excellent staff who are super helpful. Recommend staying in a bayside room so you will have a balcony. Also, the noise from the street on the Ocean side was pretty loud, even though we were on the 8th floor. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The room decor was a little dark (i.e. the wall color) so we needed to put on all the lights in the room at night. I would stay there again.
