Overall good stay. The pool was dirty and the filter didn’t come on, when I contacted the host they stated it would turn on the following day but it didn’t. Our kids didn’t mind too much though, so it didn’t really affect our stay.

The dryer didn't work and we couldn't find the light switch for the light over the dining room table. Also, the living room couch arrangement didn't face towards the TV location; the room needs some different furniture or arranging.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equiped and we enjoyed cooking and baking for the holidays. We were delighted by the swan folded towels. There is 4 double beds and one twin bed, a loveseat and a full size couch. The pool probably reaches 6ft? And although it is not heated it was very clean. The host was very quick to anwser any questions or address any concerns. It is around 10 minutes from a fullsize Walmart or 3 minutes from a Sam's club. Around 20-30 minutes from Clearwater beach. The ONLY thing I wished was different was being able to lock the backdoors at night. A security bar or some kind of lock would of been nice. With small children and coming from a small town it made me feel uneasy especially with the pool and a unknown neighborhood and the world we live in today. The neighbors are quiet for the most part, alot of loud hispanic music very late into the night a few nights but it is the holidays. Check out and check in was a breeze. We would book this stay again.

First Renters???

Seems like we were the first renters as there was no welcome booklet with instructions or places to eat or places to go, no games and no wash clothes.About 20 to 30 minutes to nice beaches. If you like Cajun food tryout Cafe on the Bayou it's only about 5 minutes away. We also went Crabby Bill's which was really good.Property manager was very responsive; kitchen was big with nice appliances; the four bedrooms were comfortable with TVs; there was a foosball table. The pool was nice but filtration system wasn't working, plenty of seating outside.The living room was a little small and the grill was charcoal but all in all the place was good and I would stay here again if I come back down.
