Enjoy the peaceful Intercoastal Waterway and amazing sunrises from your private balcony in this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium. The solid floors throughout and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms make this very comfortable living. The master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan, slider door to a private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks, plenty of room to spread out, and a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. An additional sleeping option is the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The living room has wall to wall sliding glass door to the balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the pool area. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player to help unwind from the day of making memories. The fully equipped kitchen has large counter space and full-size appliances as well as an eat-in breakfast table. There is a washer and a dryer right in your condo, no need to overpack. FREE secure WiFi and FREE Long Distance calling to the US and Canada. The property has a heated swimming pool and hot tub on the back deck. In addition, there is a tiki-hut-covered picnic table, perfect for getting out of the sun for a snack. There is also a separate sunbathing area away from the pool for more privacy. Take a walk along the dock watching the boats going by and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees too! There is a dedicated path to the beach across the street to get your surf on!
