Very friendly and professional young lady that worked during the weekend to host the resort, clean the rooms, and check in the guest. The suite was spotless! The resort is so cute and comfortable. We stayed in Room 200, the best room. Our dog was comfortable and loved the deck. The dock view was fabulous, and it's a 2 minute walk to the beach shore. We loved the little swimming pool with heated water. Parking was right out front and it was FREE! We paid a fee for the dog, but it was cheaper than paying for doggy daycare at home.

Short weekend trip with our furry friend to the beach. Walking distance to the beach was just across the street. The room and kitchenette had fresh new updates and the check in process was quick. I would recommend staying here, we did not have a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked very refreshing!

This place is an older cheaper motel just off the beach. Very nice for the price. Owner runs it well, keeping riff raff at bay and I loved it!

The scenery was actually really peaceful and quite beautiful to wake up to I enjoyed the view of the water plus the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed some of the wildlife that kept swimming up to the surface of the water and the actual patio was decorated to the tone of the sea salt air. I think next time I would like to follow through with some fishing. Thanks

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! It was just steps from the beach and super close to lots of great restaurants and fun activities like mini golf and jet skiing. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra day. We would definitely come back again highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Sand Vista and had a great stay! This place is small but has a great 1950's beachside motel charm to it. The woman who worked the front desk was welcoming and very informative. I booked this stay last minute through Expedia, was able to get a room with a great partial ocean view and checked in almost immediately. The grounds are great! This place isn't very big but they have everything you would need in a seaside motel. The beach chairs were a great amenity. They have several different chairs and umbrellas you can take over to the beach at no charge. Usually these chairs are pretty broken and rusted (when they are free), however the chairs at Sand Vista were in great shape! The location is unbeatable for the price. It's located right across the street from Reddington Beach public access. You can be from the parking lot to the sand in less than 3 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well (some within walking distance). The room I stayed in was a tad dated, but I think that ties into the overall charm of this place. I would recommend getting the Upstairs Gulfside Studio. It's not a huge room, but you do get a partial ocean view! One side of this motel overlooks Gulf Blvd towards the ocean, and the other side overlooks the Inlet. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it!

We love sand vista Thank you Sean, Colleen and Dania This was our third stay and my wife, daughter and I enjoy every moment we spend here. The pool, the marina and the staff is amazing. The rooms have everything you need and are spacious. Nice gentle music by the pool and fishing from the beautiful dock. We’re on our way home and we’re already planning our next chance to return. We miss it already. See you soon.

Enjoyed the stay was a cute cozy property and room. But the room wasn’t what was advertised. Room shown was larger and better laid out. Ours you couldn’t even lay in bed and watch tv. Over all it ended up being a nice stay especially when we could use the bbq to make a nice meal and enjoy it over looking the water. But the establishment is in need of a few more updates and repairs but since many are still recovering from the hurricane’s it’s understandable. Many local eateries in walking distance are still closed but we did find good ones to go to still. I would recommend this place if you like small and cozy.

Great little motel close to beach

Great value. Older motel but all new kitchenette and beds. Well stocked kitchen with 2 burner cooktop, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker. Beach towels available at the small pool and chairs to take to the beach. This motel is on inland waterway with a dock, bbq's by the water.walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores. Trolley stop on the street in front. Really cute place with attentive staff.

Quaint, friendly, great location

Great location, right across the main street from the ocean. Backside of the property was on the inlet. Spacious one bedroom with a separate living room upstairs. Clean and comfortable. The owner was a character. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here. Small, quaint, friendly.

The property has been updated since hurricanes so it was nice, newer construction improvements. The pool area looked nice. We booked double beds & was given a single king. This worked out fine for us, but this was our only complaint
