Waterfront quiet luxury at its best!
As a frequent VRBO user, we've learned to really pay attention to reviews and details (sometimes the surprises haven't been good). This property didn't have any reviews yet, so extra attention was given to details. Pictures were spot on - absolutely gorgeous with luxury throughout! Amenities were better than detailed, with starter supplies, some beach items, games, crib/high chair (not needed by us, but take credit for it!) included and quality throughout. Oddly the carbon monoxide and smoke boxes weren't checked, which made VRBO suggest bringing a CO detector which we did, but not needed. It's a fairly new property with all of that in place. Some minor conflicts between what the listing states and what the property manager said would be easily resolved by paying attention to details. We had no problems during our stay, so our only interaction with the property manager was clarifying what I considered a conflict in how they defined the cancellation/refund policy (but not a factor for us), and we received check-in info right on time for the 4:00 check-in. The condo was immaculate and welcoming, beautifully decorated throughout. It has an amazing 45-foot balcony overlooking the marina, pool and hot tub in a quiet section of the beach, but within walking distance or a short ride to everything. It was clearly someone's special second home and probably hard to share. I have no hesitation in giving it the very first 5-star rating - thanks for having us!
