We could hear the traffic drivong by, even from the back of the property. There were tiny ants in the room aroubd the window that faced the beach. The pillows were comfortable and it was close to restaurants and the next location we were headed.

Owner was very responsive when we had a problem late at night. He answered the after hours number we called and fixed our problem right away. Will come back.

The views and location are excellent. The property itself could use some polishing though. Small things like missing light fixture globes, or the strings on the blinds missing and/or broken could be fixed. As the hotel is in a damp location being next to the gulf, wiping the accumulated grime off the window frames would also help boost the appeal. Overall I wouldn't stay again, but I also wouldn't recommend someone not stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's just not for me.

The room was falling apart with broken floor and humidity. One week later, my family and I still with allergies symptoms. Mold in the room.

The hotel is severely run down; other than the fact that it's directly on the beach I can't see anyone 'wanting' to stay there. Good location; staff was excellent, very courteous. We also booked requesting a hot tub and this place came up just to find out that it's now a sandbox. They did say the pool was somewhat heated. Very disappointing and mis advertised and we definitely overpaid. This is a one star hotel.
