Disappointed with very old EVERYTHING

Everything needs to be updated our door was horrible it was so old and the wood was so worn the latch would barely stay on! It was so horrible we actually took pictures, the ceilings had several water damaged spots, some of the dishes were not clean, the kitchen sink covering was peeling and I cannot believe that I spent $2,500 on this dump! The view & location was amazing but that was all I was happy with and this is the disadvantage of staying with VRBO and a reputable hotel because I know that I would have gotten a voucher or some money back for my disappointment but now I'm just out of money and I won't be able to travel again for 2 more years😭😭😭

We had a great one-week stay with our 2 and 5 year old. The unit was listed as budget-friendly and that's what it was. The condo itself could use a few upgrades. The kids beds were not comfortable and the unit could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, nothing that was a deal breaker. The building itself is close to a 7 Eleven which was convenient. Walking distance to John's Pass with plenty of restaurants and fun things for the kids. The beach was amazing and the kids loved the pool. There is only one elevator and it is very slow.

A much needed update and painting

Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Because that's all 602 has going for it. The place needs a complete overall painting and update. The furniture was old and decrepit. Which made a fairly clean place seem dirty, which it wasn't, but we used paper plates etc. anyway instead of what was there. Sea Breeze itself needs updated. The pool is too small for such a large building, we never found a spot to sit or sun by the pool. Plus only 1 elevator was kind of a joke. Even some of the regulars commented about it's speed or lack thereof. On the plus side, management was quick to respond and help us when we had problems figuring out the Television.

Captiva cancelled

Due to Ian we had to reschedule to another area. We read the online reviews and the unit is dated. However we were able to walk to Johns Pass and restaurants. The location is fabulous and so are the views. No beach towels so bring your own. They did however have chairs to bring to the beach. The chairs and table on balcony are not at all comfortable. But we did see the pics!

Great location, but could use some much needed renovations & a good cleaning

You can't beat this location! RIGHT on the beach, with a pool, & walking distance to John's Pass. But, it could use some renovations - mainly the kitchen (just everything) & the bathrooms could use a little updating. No carpet (which is great!) but the floors had some sand on it when we first got there & they felt a little sticky, like they needed a good mopping. And the furniture needed dusting. I specifically asked prior to confirming a reservation if all the TV's worked. They said yes, but only the main TV has streaming options & the guest room TV had no remote so it could not be used at all. Management made an appt for Spectrum to come "fix" the TV but said we had to be there for them to come & sign when they left. I'm not signing for services on a place I don't own, so we cancelled & just took turns with the main TV. Still a good place to stay, it just needs a little tweaking. Management was super nice at check-in & when we called about the TV's.

Pros: very clean, spacious property, only property I have ever stayed in where feet didn’t turn black from walking on tile floor, plenty of towels especially since there is no in condo laundry Cons: needs updating - refrigerator had black duct tape holding handle together, blender lid was falling apart, bed sheets in guest room were very scratchy, very little water pressure in guest bathroom, balcony doors were rusted. Overall, the unit was serviceable but badly needs updating

The condo itself was fine. It did advertise as not being updated. That was not a problem for us, but I will say the cleanliness was definitely a bother. The cabinets were grimy and the filter for bathrooms were way passed needing changed. The silverware and drawers had crumbs in it. Light bulbs in lamps needed replaced, the bed spreads in the small bedroom were old and looked dirty. No keyless entry for this condo so that definitely made it a challenge for leaving the room with a family of 5 and having teenagers. Small changes would make this condo perfect. I do feel like we still paid the same amount as some friends that stayed there and their condos were very updated and clean. Nice, safe area for family and nice pool, hot tub and beach! Not having a laundry room wasn’t as much of a burden as I thought, since I could do a couple loads at a time and have it done quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it just needs a little attention from the management company.

Condo has a great view and a great location . Only thing I would like to see the owners improve on is a new mattress in the master bedroom and room darkening blinds in both bedrooms. Also it would be great to have comfortable chairs to sit on , on the balcony, over all a nice place

Here are items that need addressed. The hair dryer was broken. The one window in the master bedroom will not close. One of the beach chairs was broken. The sofa in the living room area should be replaced. It is broken down which occurs over years of use. One last thing I would suggest is a drop box for keys at the Sea Breese facility. Overall we enjoyed our stay with you and will not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Dan

Property is in a perfect area.

Location is perfect to shopping, food and beach. Will definitely go back. Only thing I would ask is that the air conditioning vents be cleaned didn't use it because of smell.

Great location. Great views!! Condo needs updated!! Kitchen could be better stocked with kitchen utensils. Toilet tank in master bathroom is broke. TV’s in bedrooms are hard to work. Maintenance worker was very nice and helpful.
