Felt was overpriced for a motel. There was a noisy water pump that activated every 2 minutes in the bathroom that made it extremely difficult to sleep. Bathroom felt/smelled musty. There were shaved hairs all over the sink and shower from the previous motel guest

Great place to stay!

Nice little motel. I booked two rooms, both with kitchenettes with full sized refrigerators, which was super nice to keep food costs under control. Comfy and clean and only a block from Treasure Island Beach. The pool was beautiful and warm, towels and pool noodles were available. There are several tables in the pool area, all have umbrellas.

There was a cold spell which hit Florida the week I stayed. The windows do not close fully and there was a lot of cold air coming through. There was inadequate heating provided for the unit.

Nuce stay with great pool.

Nice older motel. Well maintained. Beautiful warm pool. Convenient location. My only complaint is the very thin walls. Our neighbors were mostly quiet but when they talked it was like they were in our room.

Great location right across from wonderful beach, sunsets. Short walk or shuttle/drive to John's Pass Village. Right in a canal. Old school, retro...old Florida feel! An amazing gem!

We were surprised by the terreza floor when we walked in the door. It was from the 60's in beautiful condition. The bathroom was very retro. In fact, the tile was the same as we had in our bathroom in 1972. The pictures on the walls were nostalgic. It brought memories to us old folks in our 70's. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower very good. The only thing we didn't like was the window air conditioner, but we were lucky, we didn't need it so we turned it off. We would stay there again.

They're trying...

They're going for a retro vibe; I think. Sorta get there, but the place is kinda tired... And prices definitely NOT retro. Water pressure good, but not so hot. Ice machine broken and apparently for a while. Good mattress, but not so good bedding and the bed itself was bad. I'd say it WAS clean. Overall, mixed feelings.

My friend and I stayed for three nights and enjoyed being on the ground floor, right next to the pool. However, the pool was not warm enough to swim in and when I inquired, the staff said "unfortunately, the heater is being repaired". Understandably, they are recovering from two hurricanes which struck in Sept 2024, so they are doing the best they can.
