Clean, good location. Steel bed frame missing pads under the legs so it made a lot of noise on the hard floors. Was offered a 10% discount due to pool construction but when i asked for the credit at check out I was told I should have asked at check in. Might still get it, we'll see.

We enjoyed our stay in the private studio that was detached from the rest of the rooms. We had a lovely time. They were working on the pool so the courtyard was not walkable at the time. Everything was clean and comfortable in our room.

Quaint but clean
Sea Jay is an older establishment that has been and is being recently updated. It was clean and sufficient for the one night we needed a room. The pool area is being redone and construction is in progress. Our room was a small and had everything we needed for that night. Walls are very thin and I could hear our neighbors on both sides throughout the night.

I was told that Pool was being under repairs but when I got there they were tearing the whole thing up with jackhammers starting at 8 AM then four days later they started putting pavers on the sidewalks where it was hard to get in and out of my room, very ugly scenery

The property was under construction and they let us know about this ahead of time so there were no surprises. Mike did a nice job of greeting us and explaining how things worked. They made provisions so we weren't disturbed by the construction. Nice, "old Florida" motel. Love the original sign that greets you to the property. Comfortable bed. Everything in good working order with some nice amenities. Love the terrazzo floors. Very clean.
