Sixpence, Vintage Beachfront Experience
Come enjoy the tranquil setting of this Old-Florida, six unit beach cottage complex situated directly on the Gulf. Built in the early 70’s and remodeled in 2019, this second floor two bedroom/two bath unit also includes a sleeping loft for two, completely renovated kitchen, living room, and porch with unobstructed views of gorgeous sunsets over the white sands and water. Take a winding path just a few steps through sea oats and sand dunes to the Gulf of Mexico. Outdoor grilling, colorful Adirondack chairs, and shade from gorgeous mature Sea Grapes provide a wonderful outdoor gathering area just below the porch. Central air conditioning, washer/ dryer, beds for four, a bunk for three, plus two more in the loft. Generous ground level parking provides a buffer between the road and cottages.

This place was just what you want for the true Florida beach experience! Has the ‘old Florida’ feel, but in an updated unit....and the views are exquisite!
