It’s an older property but it’s very clean & they’re in the process of remodeling after the hurricanes last year. The staff (esp Aldo at reception) was always so pleasant & extremely accommodating towards everyone. The rooms are nice, always kept immaculate by housekeeping & there’s a private beach, 2 pools, a restaurant/bar with music & good food. It’s very safe with an attendant at the entrance plus a huge parking area. We loved our stay & will come back again!

Got a room above rooms being remodeled

I will just state my experience with the hotel and let other make their own conclusions. We arrived to the hotel at 2am due to flight delays and at 8:30am we wake up with a drilling noise. The drilling was so loud that it was hard to ignore it. When I go out I notice that the drilling comes from the room right below. I immediately go to the front desk and the lady said that this was a temporary/ emergency issue with plumbing and that they apologized. When I get back to my room so notice that every room in the floor below ours was being remodeled. We went to have breakfast and when we came back the drilling continue. I approach the lady at the front desk again and she admitted that she lied to me and that the drilling will continue the whole weekend. When I demanded to see the manager to get a room change or a refund the lady kept saying that she needed more information but the manager was busy. She, hours later, then called and said that they will only charge the previous night but I needed to pack my things as soon as possible. I had to leave my business conference to pack my things and find a new hotel.

You get what you pay for. The staff are absolutely top notch. Extremely friendly and very helpful and engaged. The property is older and you can see they’re in the 3rd year of remodeling it. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool areas were very nice and clean as well. Good amenities including yoga Saturday morning, paddle boards, kayaking, pickleball etc. The water by the beach is not super clean. It’s an okay place if you’re on a budget.

Resort feel but rooms were being renovated under my room in early morning so interrupted my plans to sleep in. I could also hear the neighbor sneeze in the room next to us one night. Room furnishings were new but exterior room doors were older with evidence of age. the bathroom door was a bit warped and paint was damaged along the bottom. Room was clean but I felt the floors were not cleaned as well because my feet got dirty from walking in room w no shoes on. The restaurant and bar was great. Staff there were friendly and soft shell crab sandwich was delicious. The ocean beach area was cozy and they cleaned the sea grass daily from beach.

Beach vacation

Lovely hidden gem on the gulf. This was a very quiet beautiful place. We kayaked daily and played pickelball as well as swim in the pools, use hot tub, swim to the floating docks. We will be back
