We loved our stay in condo 404N at Sunset Vistas! Clean and modern! Let me tell you they thought of everything you may need to have on hand! And April at Resort Rentals was such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks again and we'll be back!

Old building, elevators to service this large complex was a NIGHTMARE! There were 2 elevators and most of the time they were not working or dangerous. My mom is 92 and uses a walker. She was almost knocked over by the elevator doors shutting on her as she was gettin the lift! You had a few seconds to enter the lift and then the doors were shutting. The elevators were not working and she could not walk down 4 flights of steps to our SUV to go to eat! Security was a joke. Too many people in large pool. Parents buying under age teens alcohol drinks from the tiki bar. People cat calling and whistling at visitors as they parked their cars after 12 midnight from their balcony while playing loud music, and kids in the hot tube that were younger then 10 years old, unsupervised by parents. I will never book again at this condo.

We have stayed at this property a number of times before but we booked it through the property and not through VROB. Our experience with this stay thru VROB was much improved. The reservation process, the communication received and the unit itself was wonderful. Much cleaner and a bit more upscale than previous units. If we stay again, we will definitely book thru VROB.
