This hotel has an amazing beachfront location. It is older and by no means fancy. I would say even a little warn down. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very courteous. The room had a great view of the Gulf, but it smelled musty. The living room area was sparsely furnished. A coffee table would have been nice, and the couch was not very comfortable and had a stain on one end that looked like someone with a jeri curl had sat there. There was a very bright overhead light, but a lamp would have been better for evenings. The front curtain had stains on it and with the sun shown through, both curtains had visible holes in the backing. The pool area was very nice. Not sure we'll stay here again.

Room and amities were like the cheapest motel. Breakfast is a joke. The only reason I finished my stay there is location. I booked through third party so fully paid for that’s another reason.

The hotel is over priced for its condition Overall, but specifically there was no remote for the tv, the elevator barely worked and the inspection was over a year past expired, the door failed to open several times and the staff was not enthusiastic about resolving any problems
