The historic hotel is a delightful place and centrally located. There were nice touches (drinks, snacks, wine glasses). Those staying on the second and third floors need to be aware that they'll be hauling their luggage up several flights. There is no assistance with bags, so if accommodations are necessary, the first floor is the only option. This is a no-contact hotel, and I liked having the code instead of having to keep track of a key. But communication with staff is delayed because it is done mainly by text, so plan accordingly. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. They are professional and detailed.

Our room was not clean and very loud. The bedding was clean but the rest of the room was very dirty. Previous guests contact lenses were on bathroom floor. After our shower our feet were filthy just walking across bedroom floor. Area rug was filthy. We could hear construction noise, restaurant noise starting at 6am and noise continued later at night. Strange to market the property as bed and cocktails but have bar closed every night.

The hotel is very modern and bathrooms were clean and has great lighting and fans. Without having any staff there for check in or out, they still have everything well posted with instructions and sent multiple text communications to be sure you were taken care of. There is NO staff at this establishment which is more Airbnb than anything... I selected it because it had the option to book now and pay when you arrive because I was needing to use an alternate method of payment. Since it is unstaffed, the charges went through when I checked in with the code information provided via text. The restaurant within the building doesn't open early enough for early risers to have a hot cup of coffee which was dreadful. I wouldn't stay there again. The room was very small, cute choices in color and design scheme. $128 plus taxes Beverages from the bar were really good.

This is the first time that we have stayed at a self service / self checking in Hotel. It was super easy. Hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. I was very surprised at the location of the Hotel in relationship to walkable restaurants. Great complementary coffee and croissants in the morning. They have a French restaurant on site and bar. Fast WiFi. The only thing I would like changed. Would be a bathmat in the shower area.

Everything was great. The location is amazing, plenty of walkable food and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was that some of the guests next to us and above us were pretty noisy, but that’s no fault of the location. I do wish the shower had another door instead of a half door.

This is an incredible place to stay. One small issue though, the set up of the bathroom is terrible. No one over 5 feet 4 inches tall can sit on the toilet appropriately due to the toilet being so close to the sink vanity. A smaller sink vanity or toilet would help. Other than that this was a wonder place to stay.
