The Space:
Revel in the Upscale ambiance of our spacious and tastefully furnished Tropical Oasis as you dive into an extraordinary vacation. As you enter, the plush living area greets you with stylish and comfortable seating, perfect for laid-back nights spent watching shows on the smart TV. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, ready for your culinary exploits, complete with modern appliances and necessary kitchenware including Air Fryer, Multiple Crock Pots, Hand Mixer, Etc. The sleeping arrangements ensure a relaxing, restful night’s sleep. Our property includes 4 cozy bedrooms, each with TV. Also, find 2 bathrooms supplied with essentials - shampoo, body soap, fresh linens, and more and a half-bath down stairs. Our tropical backyard is a slice of paradise with a gleaming heated saltwater pool that perfectly matches Florida's sunny weather. Enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffees, evening cocktails on the patio, surround yourself with tropical greenery, and don't forget to practice your game on our putting green. The fun doubles inside with a fully-stocked Game room featuring a bumper pool table, TV, and plenty of relaxation space. Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property except locked utility or maintenance closets. Entry is made seamless with our smart lock system, which provides peace of mind while ensuring convenient access to our home. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional street parking readily accessible.

Doors that are accessible to the pool area are equipped with alarms to alert when doors are opened and can be turned on or off as needed for security.

The Pinellas Trail - The Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The Trail, created along a portion of abandoned railroad corridor, provides a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.

Getting Around:
The Jolley Trolley provides scheduled public routes available at a low cost to travel within the Clearwater Beach area and beyond. The Beach routes offer destinations up and down the beach, with two routes; the North Beach route, and the South Beach route. The coastal tour offers a unique experience to travel up our beautiful coast, and stop at some beautiful locations including Downtown Dunedin, Ozona, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs.

There are also multiple golf cart rental, bike rental and kayak rental places within a 5 mile radius.

Other Things to Note:
Tarpon Springs brims with unique points of interest. Trail historic Fred Howard Park or soak in maritime tales at Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. Take a stroll into history as you walk around either the Spring Bayou or Whitcomb Bayou, these majestic bayou's are also the perfect place for a picnic or to view the beautiful architecture of surrounding homes. Don't miss Sunset Beach, Craig Park, or Anclote River Park for tranquility.

With Easter, Memorial, and Independence Day around the corner, envision an unforgettable Easter egg hunt in our tropical backyard or reflective Memorial & Independence Day by our pool. Spring in Tarpon Springs is breathtaking, with activities galore and beautiful weather. Visit Craig Park for a picnic or journey to Anclote River Park for a serene spring-time stroll. We do provide: beach chairs, coolers, beach toys to include Bocce Ball, Hillbilly Golf, Can Jam, Frisbee,
volleyball and kids sand toys.

We do not provide: snorkeling equipment or beach blankets.

The luxury heated pool at Tipsea Tarpon is heated from September through April each year. The heater is set between 78 - 80 degrees. If a guest would like it set higher during their stay, we can adjust the setting between 81 - 86 degrees for an additional charge of $35 per night.
