My son and I stayed for two nights while attending the St Pete Grand Prix. The Apartment was clean with plenty of linens and kitchen items for us. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the deck. The host was very responsive and the neighbors very friendly. In St Pete, this was a terrific value. We would stay here again.

The host is top notched, responsive and cares. The property was clean and nice enough once you get past the oddities of a large home divided up into 5 different apartments. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels (minus wash cloths and kitchen towels). Walls are paper thin so neighbors will hear/understand every word. But completely quiet at night. A nice area with water and dock/amenities. I think I would stay here again.

the property was clean enough, but the beds were terrible and there are no normal chairs in the apartment either.so sleeping and also just sitting around and talking was not comfortable. the pictures showed a queen size bed in the second bedroom, but they turned out to be a bunk bed...

This property was a pleasure!The location is great for walks, and there are multiple parks nearby. Downtown is a short distance away, and the beaches are just a short drive. We took advantage of the dock and the kayaks that is very convenient, lots of marine life right off the dock! We seen, stingrays, sheep head, mullet, crabs and even got to kayak with a huge pod of dolphins!The apartment was spacious and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stayWe can't thank Chanda enough, she was very helpful with any needs we had and was very prompt on communication. We enjoyed it so much, we are actually looking to move here in St. Petersburg

Location was great, please check on cleaning

Filthy disgusting top shelf of fridge. Piers are about to fall in the water and should probably be condemned. Dust, cup, and sock under one bed, other stuff under other. Water in bathroom sink and tub do not drain well. Couldn't cook a meal if you wanted to, had some dishes but not near enough to eat or cook. Chip bags, cigar butts, straw and napkin in courtyard on arrival. Literally cannot walk in the door because the couch is literally in front of it, Gees, rearrange a little. The location and check-in and communication were all fine.

Great Interior, But Outdoor Area Unsafe

Pros:The inside looked exactly like the photos—clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and let us check in early.Cons:The backyard and deck were unsafe and poorly maintained. Photos of the yard were removed after booking. A downed power line, debris, and a damaged dock roof made the area dangerous. The kayaks were unusable—covered in barnacles and missing plugs. The deck also needs serious repairs.Note to host:Please fix these issues or be upfront with guests, especially those with children since this could be very unsafe for people.
