This 4th-floor condo, situated in the Narrows and directly across from the beach, offers everything you'd want in a Florida getaway. Cross the street to find a wide, uncrowded stretch of sand with small dunes and sea turtle nests. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for manatees and dolphins (both in the Intracoastal and the Gulf!). Down the road, you’ll find local restaurants serving everything from Italian to fresh seafood to prime rib. Outdoor dining, bicycle rentals, and water sports are also within walking distance.



Quiet Waters is a friendly condo community offering extra peace and privacy. With the beach and shared pool steps away, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the Florida sun. There is also a hot tub, picnic area with grill, and dock on-site on the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can sit and view the boats float by. Watch the sun sink into the Gulf of Mexico or rise over the Intracoastal Waterway.



Inside, beachy decor puts you in a vacation state of mind. The living room has a 55-inch Roku TV and plenty of seating on two sofas. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pack a picnic lunch for the beach in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a large pantry, plenty of prep space, and full-size appliances. A two-person bistro table is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table.



Thoughtful upgrades include a renovated guest bathroom, new furniture and bedding in the guest bedrooms, and three Roku TVs for entertainment.
