This charming 2nd floor studio is located in the heart of legendary Treasure Island on the Intracoastal waterway of Boca Ciega Bay, only 3-7 min walk from the beautiful Gulf beaches, restaurants, shopping, and many great beach bars. Relax in the heated pool, have a cookout with the grills and screened waterfront cabana, complete with TV and minifridge, and watch the sunset or fish on one of two docks as dolphins frolic in the warm Gulf waters around you! You can even arrive by boat and park your boat at one of the 2 docks right by your condo. Your perfect vacation awaits!

Just what we needed!

This studio was perfect for us. Husband wanted to fish and have easy access to beach, bars and restaurants. Everything was walkable or convenient to catch bus and/or Uber. I wanted a nice pool and no stress. It had all of that plus it was very clean and provided beach chairs so we didn’t have to worry about renting them. It has a great dock with a fish cleaning station. Grandkids came for a visit and loved playing shuffle board and swimming in the perfectly heated pool. Pool was super clean too. I’m big in cleanliness. Although this is not a modern building it was exceptionally clean and the building manager was very helpful (we didn’t need anything but other tenants did and he accommodated quickly). The bed was comfortable and looked brand new. I would advise if you are light sleeper not to have windows open when sleeping. It is near the road and you can hear it which doesn’t bother us. May bother som, but if you keep windows closed it’s not an issue. This is an end unit which was nice because it did have windows to let the marvelous Florida sunshine in. Definitely recommend staying here! The hosts were super and answered all our emails quickly and provided truthful answers to all questions and concerns.
