The staff was very rude, except for the maintenance guy who let me in after hours. The floor was so sticky it sounded like the soles of my shoes were going to rip off. Not sticky enough to trap the roaches though! The first 2 floors smelled like a nursing home, the top 2 floors smelled like a factory for Goya foods. Was fairly quiet and the bathroom was clean though. Pimple patches stuck to the wall were a nice artful touch.
