In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. #413 also offers a wall safe in the Master closet.
Beach Club 413 is beautiful! showers, doors, sinks, tile & carpet, etc. Designer furnishings and appointments throughout include granite counters in the kitchen and baths, plantation shutters, and much more. Very nice property. View of the ocean was beautiful. Lost power at 4:00 a.m. only 1 bathroom was usable. Contacted the property manager at 7:00 a.m. and was told someone would be by at 9. At 9:20 a.m. I called back and they said the power would be back on at 11. Still stuck inside waiting. No update given and at noon I called back again and asked if they could at least keep me updated. Elevators were not working, only the center building one was working. Power wasn't restored until after 4:00 p.m. We also lost all the contents of our refrigerator too.
Very disappointed at the lack of information being sent to us and pretty much lost a day of being able to use condo.

Impeccable detail in the unit, property was very nice as well. Well maintained grounds and facilities, a quaint atmosphere to enjoy the beauty of the island. Will stay here again!
