THE SPACE

Unit 1106 is the end unit and has enough space for two cars.

First enter through the courtyard gate to the front door.

Ground Floor living space: As you enter the home, there is a half-bath on the left and a dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Just a few steps past the dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and combination dining living space over looking the vast green lawn to the beach and ocean. On the patio is an outdoor dining space with a gas grill.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

This property was wonderful and beautifully decorated. It offered plenty of space for our family to spread out, along with comfortable gathering areas to enjoy time together. As an end unit, we enjoyed stunning views of both sunrise and sunset over the beach. The primary bedroom balcony—with its cozy wicker rocking chairs and footrests—was a favorite spot to relax. Everything was modern and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches like Myers soap at every sink and jewelry dishes on the dressers. When we noticed there was no toaster, the management company delivered a brand-new one within an hour. We loved this unit and would absolutely stay here again.
The kitchen had plenty of needed items - including a keurig and a drip coffee maker...with filters and ground coffee provided.
