This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa sits high on the Peterborg peninsula, less than 2 miles from world-famous Magens Bay Beach. With three bedrooms in the main house and a private apartment suite below, there is plenty of room for families or groups who want to vacation together without being on top of one another.
* Private pool and multiple outdoor spaces for soaking up the St. Thomas sunshine
* Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living area in the main house
* Separate downstairs apartment with a fourth bedroom, private bathroom, second kitchen, and living area
* Beautiful island views with storybook sunsets from the upper deck
* Less than a 5-minute drive from Magens Bay Beach
* Close to Northside restaurants, coffee shops, hiking, and groceries
* Featured on HGTV's Caribbean Life, Season 19, Episode 12
Spend the day at Magens Bay, cool off in your private pool, then head upstairs in the evening to watch the sunset and the lights come on across the island. With two separate living spaces and plenty of room to spread out, this villa makes an easy home base for exploring St. Thomas.
Please note: The driveway leading to the villa is quite steep, so we recommend an AWD vehicle for a more comfortable drive.

Getting Around
A rental car is strongly recommended. This location is quiet and tucked away. The driveway is also quite steep so we further recommend AWD vehicle
Nearby by car:
- Magens Bay Beach – The most famous beach on St. Thomas. This beach is just over 3/4 of a mile long so even on busy cruise ship days, if you go all the way to the far end, you will find a secluded area.
- Hiking – Magens Bay trail access is nearby. Parking at the top of the trail is limited so we recommend hiking from Magens Bay beach up to the top and back down again and finishing with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
- Northside Grind – Has great coffee, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and grab and go options. It's a local favorite for a reason! You can even grab some locally made souvenirs while you're there.
- Brook’s Bar (local, casual, cash only) – Down the road and a great casual local food spot. Think collapsible tables, cash only, white board menu, ice cold beer, and mouth-watering local food.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 10 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 15 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.
- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 20 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride.

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
