We needed a place to sleep without breaking the bank, with parking and not gross...this worked. That said, it's very dated, beds are very uncomfortable, as are the pillows, "Continental Breakfast" is an overstatement.

Okay but needs updates

The front desk and cleaning staff were really nice. Provided great customer service. Attentive and pleasant and helpful. The hotel is kind of run down but they do their best to keep it as clean as possible. The decor such as the curtains and bedspread and furnishings really need an update. And there's an old smell to everything in the rooms but I think it's coming from the rugs. The bathroom was clean enough though some of the grout had black in them although I could tell they tried very hard to scrub these old bathrooms. It was just a nice clean place to crash for one night, great parking, one hour out of New York city, freeway was nearby though you could not hear it. Downtown has lots of good restaurants. Wi-Fi worked well.
